Clients are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated materials prior to deployment or publication.

Outcomes, Fees & Client Responsibilities
We strive to deliver exceptional marketing results, but we make no guarantee of specific outcomes, lead volumes, or financial returns. Client responsibilities include providing timely feedback and access to necessary platforms. All fees and payment schedules are governed strictly by the written agreement or statement of work executed between the client and U Digital.
SECTION 04 — USAGE
Intellectual Property & Platform Use
All intellectual property rights related to our proprietary software, methodologies, and deliverables remain with U Digital unless otherwise stated. Clients must adhere to our acceptable use policies and are prohibited from using our services for unlawful purposes. Usage of third-party platforms integrated with our services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
SECTION 05 — COMMUNICATION
SMS & Text Messaging Terms
If you separately opt in to receive SMS/text messages from U Digital LLC, you may receive messages about inquiries, appointments, service updates, and other communications described at the point of consent.
